Band in a Box has a Yahoo group. I don't know if you have to subscribe or not,
but I do. Here is the url for their files archives. "Country.zip" is where the
BIAB file for Jerusalem Ridge is located.

Of course you need Band in a Box to use the files. Any version, I think.
