Hey gang, a steel playing friend, who started on dobro, bought this
instrument at a pawn shop in Tallahassee in approx 1962. It is a round neck and
the
only modification I can detect is a raised nut for lap style playing. He would
like to know the approximate date of manufacture, and current value. It is
essentially in pristine condition with dark wood body, and spruce top. Serial
#1614 is stamped on end of headstock. Anyone??
