I also like Heff's material , If you can make it with just a cd instead of dvd
ive been using Mike Witcher book and cd for practice on rolls and scales
i really like this book , But its mostly practice method alot of scale work
i have also used Doug Cox Material for learning scales .
And dont forget your " Metronome" heres a nice online version
