Dear reso-lovers
I got off this list several months ago because I developed pretty severe
tendinitis in my right thumb and had to give up playing. Before that time I had
accumulated a nice library of book, cd, vhs, and dvd learning resources, which I
will detail below. I signed back onto the list to make these resources available
