Find a music store in your area that sells horns, (sax, trumpet ect.). They have
treated cloths much like the ones that are used for fine silverware. They work
great on coverplates, non abrasive and very gental, and any metal on the guitar.
I keep one in my case at all times, lasts about 6 months and costs about $5.00.
