I once saw Pete Grant Brasky play a 6-string, 8-string and 10-string dobro all
at the same time while beating everyone at poker, chugging a keg and wolfing down
half a cow.
Here's To Brasky!!! (google Brasky to understand the meaning)
Mr. Grant is a talented person is how the above translates.
On a PSG, or on a reso. And I've seen him do both. He's fun to watch, and listen
to! *G*
And Pete, if I may say so, hanging with RR Earth on MainStage at Strawberry, and
then holding with The Biscuit Burners in a lil music store here in Sacto, were
two of my fav sightings. Outside of the time you came to Heffernan's class a LONG
time ago. *G*
Course, there WAS that time I sat next to Nancy Griffith, with my wife, while
you played Strawberry Fields, under the White Tent at one of our first Berry
Fests. That was pretty special, too . . . we didn't even know it was Nancy
Griffith till the next day. <SMILES>
