Michael your comment (who most on the East Coast have not seen in person) Ivan
lived near Ashville North Carolina and lived and studied with the Biscuit Burners
and there great dobro player for a couple of years.

There is a possibility that Ivan will be doing a workshop in the DC Area April
18, 19 and/or 20. He is interested in putting together a workshop, but needs to
be sure there are enough students to make it work. Depending on interest, and his
travel plans, it could be a two dayer, or a Friday evening, or an all day one
day. If it is one day the cost would be $100. A two day would be $175. Extremely
reasonable considering Ivan is a great teacher (who most on the East Coast have
not seen in person).
I've heard from a number of folks through Reso-Nation, but still need to get 4
or so interested people to make it work. So if you are interested and available,
let me know and I will tell Ivan.
