That sounds like Bill Staines of New Hampshire - one of my all-time favorite
folksingers. He actually does some pretty interesting finger picking with
the guitar held that way.
This discussion also makes me think of Dave Richey. He plays
left-handed with a lefty reso, but he can also play left-handed on a
right-handed reso turned upside down if he has to. I guess he had to learn
to do that to be able to try out other people's guitars.
