Depends on how the deal is structured. Whenever one company merges
with another, there is usually only one CEO, and he's usually going
to come from one company or another.

That would be nice. If TC "acquired" Gibson vs. a "merger" maybe that
will happen....
TC makes good stuff that AFAIK has a good reputation.
