If I took a picture it would be easier to explain....but imagine the cavity
is about 1/2" deep with straight edges (not sloped like on Gibson guitars or
some Fenders) and there isn't much clearance around the truss rod hex nut.
It is cut with a router.  A fellow at a shop here told me to get a small
1/4" double head wrench (open on one end, closed on the other) and grind it
down to fit in the cavity.  I just thought if they built it this way, maybe
there is a proper wrench out there.  Thanks for all the help.
