Good morning List,
I've told you all so many times, (you are probably bored out of your minds,)
about the FUN we all have at Brian Clancey's weekly jam sessions in Billirica
Ma., and just to share the talent that Brian has, I'd like to make you all aware
of a video clip that "gerrygoss" has on You Tube of "SPIRIT FIDDLE." Just go to
You Tube and search for "gerrygoss" and check out the vid of "Spirit Fiddle." It
ain't dobro, and it ain't bluegrass, but it sure IS music!!!
Robin Warren & Brian Clancey perform all around the Boston area, and every year, go to "Fiddler's Grove," and usually end up playing, and hanging out,
with Tut Taylor and the Kruger Brothers.
There's a video somewheres in Tut Taylor's site, of Spirit Fiddle performing at
the Cook Shack. Also there's a track on a Kruger Brother's cd, of Brian and
Robin, and the story goes, as they were recording in this little studio the
Kruger's have, and suddenly a storm came up. One of the Krugers runs outside
with a mic to catch the "presence" of the storm....(did I mention these guys are
nuts?) and lightning hit just across the road, and Robin.....
***SCREAMED***....."yeah yeah, leave that in said someone,".....and so they did!
I consider myself so fortunate just to *know* these people, that I wanted to
share, besides what some of you have already seen of the "Jameson Mountain Boys."
Let the good "twangs" roll,
Richie
