There are hundreds of products on the market which are designed to prey upon the
desperate people that live with pain. Many of them are pure quackery, some of
them are pretty darn good; of course your results may vary.
If you write/speak in U.K. English you may prefer the "tendinitis" spelling of
this condition. But either way it is a pain!
A few things that may prove helpful to you include:
* Hot/Cold bags/packs
* A "Tens" unit (and good batteries).
* Microwaveable mittens (for heat treatments)
* lock your fingers together with you palms facing away from your face and
elbows to the side; push your palms away from your face as you bring your elbows
together.
* While seated or standing put your palms and fingers together in front of your
face (fingers pointing up) and maintain contact between your fingers and palms
while you lower your wrists toward your crotch while keeping your fingers
pointing upward (go slowly).
* Apply a container of cold beer to the area that hurts. If you wish to open the
container you may do so; but upon opening the container you should apply a fresh
still-sealed container to the area that hurts. Repeat as necessary or until
unconscious. NEVER spill the contents of the container unless it is "light" beer;
in this case it will be no loss.
