I'll be appearing at the Northern California Ukulele Festival in
Hayward, California this Sunday at 11:00 am. My band, the Faux
Hawaiians, will be the first performers in a day long series of acts
from around the Bay Area.
I'll be playing a National Style 1.5 squareneck tricone guitar tuned
to open G. We played this same festival last year; it was a ton of
fun, especially sitting in on the jam sessions in the afternoon.
Fourteen ukuleles and one steel guitar - guess who gets the big solo?
