FWIW, the "Classic/Dobro" version of the Travelite will fit a Meredith or a
Scheerhorn L-body too. (The 2nd and 5th string tuners catch a bit of the
foam, but it forms to fit them quickly.) Oddly enough, it will not fit the
body of my 1970 roundneck Dobro. It also fits Phil Leadbetter's Gibson
signature guitars, since that it what they come in.
I got this case after back surgery in December. I love it. Has a buit-in
humidity gauge and comes with backpack-style straps.

I've got this case, and it does fit my E-body. It is very light. Someone
said they would consider checking it at an airport, and I was wondering that
myself, since it does seem pretty solid. I'd have a hard time doing that no
matter what case. It is definetely nice for carrying, and comes with a carry
strap.
