Hi list, and thanks for your kind words Jim,

Pine Hill Ramblers had us a busy day today. We spent the afternoon "in studio"
starting our third project, and then we were part of Boston Bluegrass Union's
"Springfest" show. What fun! "Blackie" DeNeve gave a decent accounting of
herself, and I swear "she" bailed *ME* out more than once, lol.

The Sho-Bros are fun, but they've got some "time off" untill this cd is a done
deal. I just try to give myself every possible advantage, so I'm sticking with
the more "traditional" fretboard of the DeNeve, rather than the full two octave
24 frets that the Sho-Bros have. Also the string spacing is a bit different,
etc.

I agree with Jim, that Eric has provided us with a great resource, with this
"Dobro Chat Room" that he has set up. I've had too much fun, and I've
learned a lot, by listening, and even sharing what little I know with others.

Just come in and check it out sometime. You never know who's going to show up.
Some play, some don't, some have microphones hooked up, some just type, but
whatever your skill level, I think it's safe to say if you like dobros, just come
and visit, and I guarantee you'll have a good time.

Twangs,

Richie
www.pinehillramblers.com if you want to see what we're up to. There's a
decent picture of "Blackie" as well.......O;-)
