Dear Betty,

You are really somethin' else!!! I THINK I LUV YOU!!! I remember you offering
your old Regal after you took possession of "Purple Haze," who sadly I am not
going to meet for at least another year......but I keep hoping. Your check for
the full amount of my deposit arrived the other day, and I .......
so..........sincerely..........THANK YOU!!!

The "Reso-Community" is indeed a better place from whatever "sound" attracted
YOU to it (us) Betty! Boy, I remember hearing how you went to the first
"reso-nation" or whatever meeting at the Dopyera farm somewhere's in
Pennsylvania, and lady, you got yourself "hooked!"

Yeephreakinhawww-biggtime!!!

(And I promise you I'm not on whatever "Larue" partakes of........trust me on
that!!!)

My point is, what a nice thing for you to do, turning your old Regal out on a
"loaner basis" to anyone who thinks they might be interested in learning
dobro, etc. etc. again, (not to worry Dwight,) but I think I "luv" you ..........
and so should the entire reso-community for all that you do. You are in my
opinion a "special person," and I'm just trying to tell you this......ok?

Ok, really, thanks for the complete refund, and who knows what's around the next
corner? Gail has more C.A.T. scans to see what whatever's left of her cancer has
been up to, over the past summer months, she looks WONDERFUL, the hair she lost
thru the chemo, is pretty much grown back, and everyone who sees her at festivals
tells her "you look wonderful!" so she's really starting to feel better.

Now you keep yourself well, and you enjoy yourself in Nashville, and don't
forget to save some special time for both Dwight, and "Purple Haze."

TWANG.....lady, you ***hear*** me???

Richie
