I had my heart valve repair surgery on Oct 29, it was not repairable so they
installed a metal valvr. A few days later they put in a pace-maker, and I came
home yesterday, Nov. 4 th. I am up and about but not too active at present. They
predict 80% recovery in 8 weeks and 100% recovery in 6 months. It hasn't been
terribly painful, but then it hasn't been too pleasant either. I will be slow to
answer my email until I get to feeling better.
