Wally, this chapter starts with the "debt virus"
interest is the root of evil theory, not A+B. What
might be interpreted as A+B in this chapter is
subsidiary, mentioned in only one or two sentences.
The chapter 8 you sent yesterday indicates he has no
understanding of A+B whatsoever, but makes a
ludicrous joke of it.
Can you find where H.M.M makes these arguments before
Douglas's death?
