Howdy William,
I have no problems with your explanation and I never intented to suggest you had
any other interpretation. I dont hold to that phrase for the obvious reasons
that you invite a needless fight because of a poor choice of words.
Those words may belong inside a context that justifies their use but once you
seperate them out it a head sticking up above the parapet, is it not? To refer
to goods and services seems much more practical not just for this reason but also
the layman who will be reading it. It easy to visualise goods and services, try
visualising capacity to produce in comparison?
