Dear Wally.
Although I know that you write from an American prospective, I feel you
would be closer to the truth to say that the very idea of all individuals
having what we here would call "private means" finds opposition from ALL
authoritarians.
Both of the Red and the Black hues.
Their reasoning is different, but the sin for them is the same. Its a
matter of control.
