true by definition. However; I don't think hardly
anybody thinks that unicorns actually exist.

The statement is neither true nor false; it is a
definition. A more complete definition would be: "A
unicorn is a MYTHICAL horse with a horn."

This is in response to your statement that we know a
lot of things about the concept of infinity. Well, we
know a lot of things about unicorns, but I don't think
any of them are "true" because in my opinion, unicorns
don't exist (and neither does infinity in my opinion).

Unicorns do in fact exist in our imaginations. When
you say that unicorns do not exist, you are really
saying that unicorns do not exist outside our
imaginations. There are those who say the same about
God. I happen to believe that Santa Claus exists, in
that he is metaphor for something very real.
Infinity cannot be objectively measured, yet it is
very real--without the concept we wouldn't have
Newton's fluxional calculus--and without the fluxional
calculus we wouldn't have modern industrial
civilization for the simple reason that the machines
of mass production would be impossible. Useful steam
engines could never have been built. Electrical
motors could never have been built. We wouldn't have
telephones, computers, etc.
For that matter, zero is real, for without zero we
wouldn't even have simple arithmetic.

No amount of rationalization will ever get you to know
the mind of God. It will always be beyond reach.

Do you believe we are made in the image of God? If we
are, we may learn things (not everything) about the
nature of God by studying ourselves. If we aren't,
then of course studying ourselves will tell us nothing
about the nature of God. I am specifically referring
to how the human mind works. The human mind certainly
does not work like a digital computer. It is a
completely different technology.
