Howdy Chick,
Your claim I helped make your case is pure fantacy.
Little wonder you cant tell the difference between someone saying they lived
before Abraham ( if I remember correctly it was 2,000 years before those words
spoken) and someone saying they saw a UFO which many thousands have. The book of
Mormon is about 150 years old not a 1000.
Since you believe no one can know the truth about God there is no point you
debating something you cant believe in and thus it is you who could be the
arrogant one to judge those who dont believe as you do. Neither Jim or I have
said you cant not believe and judged you for it. It's interesting that although
all the religions believe they are the correct path it's only the Christians who
arent allowed to think they are correct by critics. Is that logic, reason,
experience or maybe prejudice.
Its obvious that it bothers you the Jesus is held by some to know his subject
and likewise the same with Douglas, that people look up to him as knowing his
subject as well. Your REASON may be that if it is all left to controversy and
confusion of beliefs your choice of belief that no one can know the truth about
God is not challenged.
If Douglas shouldnt be quoted ( it doesnt matter what he said according to you)
why do you quote Deng Ming Dao?
