"...the volumn [sic] equal to interest need [sic] in
any economic cycle hasnt [sic] been created for the
purpose to balance the system."
----------------------------
The payment of interest is merely the payment transfer
from one existing account balance to another for
services rendered according to the loan contract.
The total volume of account balances in the pure
credit economy is the residuum of the differential
between the flux from the banks in loan principal and
its reflux in amortization.
See the attached diagram also archived at
http://www.geocities.com/socredus/compendium/flux_reflux2
illustrating the concept.
The shaded area depicts the residuum.
Homework assignment:
1. Explain how the total volume of account balances in
the economy is affected in the slightest by the
payment or non-payment of interest regardless of the
rate.
2. Explain why the statistical debtor should not be
able to fulfill the terms of his loan contract because
of interest.
