I would not disagree, in that it is the administration of the Cultural Heritage, which belongs to the nation as a whole. Douglas never suggested that a national money system be replaced by a myriad of national money systems.

That is a mere negative. But we social crediters say it requires that the financial system be compelled to act as a public agent in its money-creating function -- a positive desideratum.
