Exactly! I couldn't have said it better myself. This is exactly what improvement of process makes possible. Another name for it is "efficiency." Another name for it is "leisure." If you have improvement of process but fail to distribute the tickets that will translate it into leisure and just want to keep everyone working same as before, you may as well not have improvement of process at all.
