(Joe replies:-) How does the person who's lost his job, (and thereby, his
'income'), afford these 'cheaper' goods and services, Dan? If he has no
'income', it won't really matter how 'cheap' they are, will it? He still
won't be able to buy them.

(Joe replies:-) Henry said, in his first sentence above, "The economic
problem is more than greedy big business." But Dan says Henry is trying to
blame it on 'big business'?

(Joe replies:-) If Henry stopped 'consuming' is that going to help the
"poor little individual form the third world country" who's made his way to
the shores of New Zealand to get a leg up? How?

(Joe replies:-) What did Henry just say, Dan? "Every person's..." It
obviously DOES apply to 'immigrants', the same as it does to the native
born. People come to this country, and New Zealand, Australia, and America
to better themselves. In the process they should be 'bettering' the country
as a whole, not lowering the standard of living of those already here. This
cannot happen with the financial system uncorrected. The way it is often
leads directly to 'explotation' of the new arrivals, and the impoverishment
and embitterment of those they displace. And lest anyone think that I'm
'anti-immigration', or an advocate of some of Paul Fromm's, how should I say
it, more controversial 'racial' ideas, let me say this. Social Crediters,
in dealing with the issue of 'Third World' immigration need to be very
mindful to focus on the correct issue. It would be very easy, and much more
harmful, to be targeted as 'bigots' in regards to 'immigration' as it is to
be branded 'cranks' in regards to 'interest'. We have, I believe,
meaningful and appropriate solutions to both so-called 'immigration' and
'interest' problems. Lets get on with correctly understanding and promoting
them, and not make the mistake of falling into the trap epitomized by "the
enemy of my enemy is my friend."
