Bill, I believe you are quite correct. Unfortunately our scanner here is
inoperative at the moment. Perhaps someone else on this copy list may have
the Hughes' book and be able to provide, hopefully, that whole Appendix.
(the one dealing with Douglas's testimony before MacMillan). If not, I'll
type out the relevant parts tonight, after work, and send them.
