Vic,
I concur. A Social Credit "National Dividend" is not derived from public
revenue (i.e., taxation) and is determined objectively by impartial
statistical means. Forms of "Guaranteed" Income are financed by taxation
and are established primarily by subjective politically motivated
determination. Without a clear differentiation of these two approaches, a
correct understanding of Social Credit is undermined from the outset.
