Thanks, Michael. The first ten pages are a
very neat summary of the basic principles. Unfortunately, other of the
essentials are obscured by apologetics and political arguments (e.g. principles
of taxation and government finance come up late in the pages). It would be
useful to see some debate/discussion on the base principles.
