ON THE PROCESS OF COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN FOR
2007 ELECTION IN THE PHILIPPINES By Eric V. Encina Prospective Independent Alternative Candidate For Capiz Provincial Board Member
Justicia omnibus! Fiat justicia, ruat coelum! With optimism of the will, courage and building up determination with
prudence and precision, it is in anticipation that on the process of making and
developing a realistic and comprehensive master plan for the coming election as
likely an independent candidate for Capiz Provincial Board Member, with my
prayers and
hopefully good judgment and decision, it is indeed sensible and practical to
inform all concerned that I need help from all solid or modified Social
Crediters, Monetary/Money Reformers, Monetary/Economic Justice Activists and
sympathetizers overseas to ensure my 50% to 80% winning bet in the coming
election of May 2007 for a public office for the position of a Capiz Provincial
Board Member. This is the only position I can see at present, to be a realizable
than to have a higher candidacy of position. At least, if elected, I can make a
difference along the way. Without false expectations and hopes,
and under no illusion or delusion for outright results, but expecting for the best for the future, following the tactics,
procedures and advice, I have to proceed for this challenge to test the
water. While possible financial assistance, provision of information,
tactics and strategies may be considered to support my local candidacy for the
said position, if permissible, from the Social Crediters, monetary reformers,
economic and monetary justice groups overseas, I have to contemporaneously garner
local support base to ensure THEIR VOTES with the help of my members and poor
friends in the villages and towns who are impoverished by the debt money system.
I have to tell this because poor Filipino families and peoples here who
have been under mighty economic struggles for survival caused by atrocious
financial-economic system based in debt and everlasting cycles of poverty and
corrupt-laden and wicked politics, cannot support me monetarily on the process,
of inevitable expenses. I wish that fellow poor Filipinos here will cast a vote
to my favour to ensure the winnability of my candidacy. I feel
the importance of obtaining a government position by election at least at the
lower level of the Philippine Government to get a degree of political power, to
get the political job and use the salary to
use as a means to further my work for change and justice through monetary
reform policy and through the use of schematic and comprehensive master of
infiltration albeit some obvious risks to my life but bearing in mind the
philosophy for the long-term as the stepping stone. My success in the local
election may be a success of Social Credit Philosophy and Monetary Reform policy
and economic justice movement. Joining a political party
and or becoming an independent candidate remains to be a delicate balance and a
bit dilemmatic for me at present. But whatever, I keep on mind the philosophy and
the policy and I pledge eternal
faithfulness, adherence and commitment to Social Credit Monetary Reform
proposals and I am prepared to die for this over-all cause. Thus, I am not afraid
of any assassination both at present and in the future and I cannot be
intimidated even by the potential risks of enemies. I wish
to win but if not, there is still hope, at least, I will be able to seize the
opportunity to bring about the critical money issues that centrally affect our
life, survival, debt and poverty situations and through major platforms:
FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC JUSTICE FOR THE POOR FILIPINO FAMILIES, FOR THE FARMING
FAMILIES, into the open. Financial Assistance for my
participation to local election in the Capiz Province, Philippines will be critically used for the campaigning
strategies, publicity, education and materials, etc. based on the
comprehensive master plan. I must indispensably
continue to gather well-tested tactics, strategies, advice and suggestions
applicable to my situation to avoid weaknesses, threats, pitfalls and serious
mistakes and traps on the process and thus to keep in mind the objective to
ensure winning bet in the coming 2007 election. I must confess
that I an already impatient for result. I cannot stomach any longer the
continued
horrendous debt and poverty problems in my province and in the whole Philippines. I have been fighting for change and justice through
Social Credit Monetary Reform and for alternative solutions for already 15 years
in the Philippines and I feel and see the need of changing strategies from an
ordinary layman to political position to ensure the implementation of the
proposals at least in the local level as a starting base. When elected, I
pledge, that within or without the scope of position of authority, to advocate the
step-by-step tactics: the establishment of the Capiz Provincial PEOPLE’S BANK,
the interim local/community/alternative currency or provincial currency as a
solution to local scarcity of money----all, one step at a time, towards the fulfillment of
Social Credit Monetary Reform Policy in the future for the national level.
I know and anticipate some impediments and barriers to get the goals
but I must be ready with the tactics on hand. I must be prepared to meet
the political challenges in the Philippines. My major long-term objective is the triumph of
Social Credit Monetary Reform legislation and implementation in the Philippines. The great end of life is not only
knowledge but also imagination and action for the noble causes. With tactics on the process of
developing a master plan, I have to learn to catch the flies with a spoonful
of honey than with twenty casks of vinegar. Friends may become enemies, and
enemies may become friends. I expect the scenario. To all
well-experienced, veteran, long-term Social Crediters, monetary/money reformers,
economic and monetary justice advocates of various strategies, persuasions and different missions and visions on the same major objectives to build a
better world, please consider to back me up for the coming 2007 election in
the Philippines. ORGANIC FARMING AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS:
At present I
am doing and maintaining the organic farming project for our survival and
multifarious activities such as giving talks, seminars,
speaking engagements and holding meetings about the hidden truths of money
power, the money issues and the SC monetary reform, democracy, justice proposed
alternative local solutions mainly in Capiz but also intermittentely in Aklan,
Iloilo and Quezon Provinces, Philippines if and when possible. Thank you very much. Sincerely & Gratefully
yours, Eric V. Encina Filipino Social Crediter/Monetary
