I have photocopied Douglas' presentation to the
Macmillan Committee from a vintage pamphlet sent to me
by Victor Bridger. The file size is too big to
forward through this list, but I'll be glad to send it
to anyone who requests. I will eventually convert it
into plain text.
I've attached the title page.
