Can you or someone else provide a refresher on the
context and scope of the MacMillan Committee. I know
that an extension of it, or probably the precise group
of individuals comprising the committee also held
hearings in Canada. What were its terms of reference
and what did it conclude? Was it reviewing policy in a
Commonwealth-cum-Empire state of mind?
And I would appreciate receiving a copy, thanks.
