Subject:[socialcredit] How To Start A Bank?
Date:Monday, February 18, 2008  18:38:45 (-0800)
From:Eric Encina <ericencina @.....com>

To all Concerned To Banking & Money Problems:

While I was waiting the result of my follow up of job here in Metro Manila with my fellow desperate Filipino job-seekers,  I got information like this. What do you think?

Can we  start your own bank Philippines like this in the USA? Is this also okey in Canada or in UK or elsewhere?

http://money.howstuffworks.com/bank5.htm
It says how  is how it works in the U.S.  I wonder if this can be possible in the Philippines and I have to find out  what would be  the requirements  in the Philippines?  This could be  rather exciting idea. It says here that a bank can be possible without Federal Reserve control. I am not sure. I have to re-check.

But is this another ploy of the banking system to dissuade or confuse us again and then later mislead us to another banking tragedy and control?

Eric V. Encina
