To all Concerned To Banking & Money Problems: While I was waiting
the result of my follow up of job here in Metro Manila with my fellow desperate
Filipino job-seekers, I got information like this. What do you think?

how it works in the U.S. I wonder if this can be possible in the Philippines and
I have to find out what would be the requirements in the Philippines? This
could be rather exciting idea. It says here that a bank can be possible without
Federal Reserve control. I am not sure. I have to re-check. But is this
another ploy of the banking system to dissuade or confuse us again and then later
