Dear Bill and Others,
Go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_E._Kendall
I believe that the above is the person concerning whom you have
enquired. Although having had no previous acquaintance with David
Kendall, I have had recently some considerable communications with him
inasmuch as he has been involved with an "Economic Democracy" project
on Wikipedia. As I understand the matter he began looking into Social
Credit somewhat because of an existing posting on Wikipedia and became
increasingly intrigued by the subject--perhaps partly because the term
"Economic Democracy", being related to "consumer" rather than "worker"
control, means something quite different to the usual meaning.
Although he had not been previously conversant with Social Credit
ideas I understand that he began to feel from his research that the
existing Wikipedia post had some significant deficiencies. A friend
of mine had apparently been in contact with him and my understanding
is that Kendall appealed for assistance in improving or replacing the
existing post on Social Credit. Consequently, the three of us have
been working together on this project and the proposed article has
been "evolving" for some time. I believe that it is nearing
completion in readiness for posting to Wikipedia.
I hope that this clarifies the matter.
Sincerely
Wally
