Dear Friends,

For 2009 Social Credit Advanced Studies, Presentation and Implementation:

1. Can anyone/somebody write about the difference or the distinction between the ORTHODOX-BASED SOCIAL CREDIT PHILOSOPHY VERSION and the MODIFIED/ALTERNATIVE SOCIAL CREDIT PHILOSOPHY VERSION with each Adjustable Monetary Reform Policy?

2. Is the monetary reform policy  of Social Credit and its methods for implementation "immutable" or "infallible"?

3. Which version is not ambiguous,  and which we must follow,  that is to be feasible, workable and pragmatic to any country needing authentic reform?

4. Is there such a thing as absolute definition of Social Credit and its policy?

5. I presume that all those concerned are knowledgeable about the definition of the words "social" and "credit", however, can anyone provide us the best and practical definition of the words "social and "credit"?

It is about time to define Social Credit for the 21st century application without any attempt of  striking departure from the solid principles. We need to adjust and modify Social Credit for good. Any philosophy is nothing without incarnation to reality.

As a Filipino student and campaigner for Social Credit in the Philippines, I must say that WHAT IS NEEDED RIGHT NOW IS A RADICAL CHANGE OF THE SYSTEM, BEFORE THE MAJOR SHOCK HITS US TO DEATH! 2008 is the year of global financial meltdown and every nation on earth is paralyzed coming the grips and virus of debt and interest.

What if the year 2009, which is not far off, will become the year of global financial death? I guess, you know what I mean. Absolute money control is underway is obvious.

Under the present financial system, every form of  crisis is possible and can be done by those in power.  Under Social Credit system, every security or prosperity or  happiness is possible.

WE NEED FINANCIAL SECURITY IN THE FORM OF DIVIDEND OR SUPPLEMENTARY BASIC NCOME as Paul Bathurs wrote "IF I COULD CHANGE THE WORLD, THE FIRST THING I WOULD DO IS TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYBODY HAD ENOUGH INCOME TO MEET THEIR BASIC NEEDS."

The debate is going nowhere without translation to reality.

I highly respect such  honorable men at the Social Credit elistas belong to higher educations  or coming from higher learnings and erudition. But reading the materials gives  to rethink which of which is the best. The explanation of each one is complicated, ambiguous,  and in friction whether or not deviating from  the original Douglas or from others.   But I think the educational work of Social Credit should be simple to make it pragmatically workable. Forgive me if I am wrong.

If we insist on just keeping Social Credit Philosophy without working to incarnation the policy of monetary reform which, no doubt, is needed in expediency, then we are going nowhere, and what if there would be a way of making  SOCIAL CREDIT THEOLOGY? Much better, perhaps more applicable?

In the history of humanity, there are so many philosophers, and not all their ideas workable and feasible though give mental happiness. I believe theology, and  At least theology is a truth that is  applicable the way we believe in God and the way we conduct ourselves  to our neighbors following the Commandments.

Thank you and with due respect and my good intention for all humanity,

Eric V. Encina
