Hi Keith.

Not sure about your situation in NZ, but i think that all the data
required to calculate our "correct" quantity of money, at any particular
time is available to the Inland Revenue, the people who issue our income
tax demands here in the UK.

We also have institutions of the State that have been entrusted over a
long period of time with important tasks, like our weights and measures.

Additionally, just how precise do we need to be ?

It was though possible to make an adequate stab at it back in the pre
calculator times. Should it not be easier now ?

Ken.

Henry Raynel said recently (re Don Bethune) that
"A key reform is to establish an independent
National Credit Authority... .The
Authority must be independent of both bankers and politicians. The
statistics
needed are al readily available."

This is news to me.  I have been under the impression that an obstacle to
implementation of a Social Credit policy was the lack of the requisite
data.  And what does it mean to be independent of both bankers and
politicians?  If it is not to be a government bureaucracy, what private
interest group is to be trusted with the function?

Hello Don,

Hello Don,

Clarene and I are very sorry to hear you
are caught in the economic downturn. Great!!! even though bankers are
responsible for the bad management that is hurting almost ever individual
in society,
in general it is Bankers and their financial speculators that get the extra
created billions, they are still in command almost unchallenged. I do not
believe the American Money Institute is following C H Doug las
financial proposals but Don I am supporting them howling monetary reform.
As you
know there are others in North and South America
as well. Their voice is being heard almost above our Social Credit voice.
 A
few European groups are making strong noises as well. The cry of foul is
fairly
universal internationally.

A key reform is to establish an independent
National Credit Authority to manage quantity and allocations to
distributors. The
Authority must be independent of both bankers and politicians. The
statistics
needed are al readily available.

During any discussions we must keep Social
Credit philosophy prominently in the foreground.

Don I think if governments had allowed
bankers to go bankrupt governments could have quickly developed a
responsible Society_s
Monetary Authority to create and manage money quantities and distribution
including private banks to be licensed distributors. Reserve Banks could
still
be needed to take allocated responsibilities probably of a considerable
amount and
possibly even more than the work they do now.

While bankers and their close economists authority
has been weakened _ and still is weakened _ is a very good time to
pressure for Social Credit financial changes.

I would like to hear your approval or
disapproval of the independent National Credit Authority hasn_t it our
stand from the 1930_s.

Regards

Henry
 Raynel

Hi  John
&  William,

Yes,  that is the short
answer.   The  economic  crunch took my
incubator

 company sales  , like  the
 Toyota
export  statistic, down   70%  over Christmas,  and
has not improved. I'm  having to run the  outfit almost on my
own.  And as if that isn't  bad enough, my

two co-directors in the Measurite Cpn Ltd
both decided they  want to stop putting any further

 funds into the  business,
with  around  $90K  of  Tooling  Costs and Patent
renewals  now

both due and  only a few hundred
dollars in the bank.

ELECTRONZ   has been
virtually in  suspension since  January,  despite
frequent  emails

pleading for it to get back into
gear.  However, in among these pressures I manage to  grab

enough time now and then to
answer  the odd question about why the  S.C. Party seems

 to be going no where,
write  letters to the papers tearing strips off the economic gurus,
and

so  on.   I'm  also
in periodic contact with  Jamie Walton
and Stephen Zarlenga  of  the  AMI

in
USA ,  which seems to be making
more impact  in monetary reform at  present than

anything else.

Kind  regards,
