Further to Richard H's question, does (or could) any organisation do a
'report card' on how each of the parties performs (theoretically or
otherwise) in the arena of Youth Affairs? Similar to ANTaR's 'report
card' on Indigenous Affairs.

election for the House of Representatives and half the Senate be held on
