Happy New Year and Happy Valentine's Day!
We are currently trying to recruit volunteers for our upcoming Borneo
expedition in July. The expedition will help with drain reconstruction and
environmental maintenance in local villages and remote communities. OzQuest
is after 20 enthusiastic volunteers aged 18-30 to come on the expedition. It
will also be a chance for to climb South East Asia's highest peak - Mt.
Kinabalu. If you know someone (or you are that someone!) who would like to
be part of a great expedition, helping remote communities in a truly
inspiring environment, this is for you.
OzQuest Young Australian Adventures will be running the expedition to Borneo
in July for 4 weeks. For information see the website - www.ozquest.org or

OzQuest is a non-profit program run as a project of The Duke of Edinburgh's
Award Victoria. It aims to inspire young people aged 18-30 through
challenging expeditions that involve adventure, science and volunteering.
If you would like to know more, OzQuest will be holding an information night
on Sunday 2nd April. This will be a great chance to meet past participants
from the recent Nepal and Sri Lanka expeditions, meet project partners and
talk to OzQuest office staff.
