New Young People’s Reference Group Members Announced
Every year, the NSW Commission for Children and Young People selects twelve people under the age of 18 years from across NSW to provide advice about young people’s views on issues that affect their lives.
Members of the 2006 Young People’s Reference Group (YPRG), members are given the opportunity to have a say about what’s important to young people in NSW and to contribute to the work of the Commission.
The members of the 2006 YPRG are

• Lucas Hejtmanek – Sydney
• Kerry Deligiannis – Sydney
• Marsh Kojevnikova – Sydney
• Nick Kraegen – Wagga Wagga
• Erica Boucher – Sydney
• Olivia Couch – Griffith
• Nathan Boyle – Lansdowne
• Jake Ribarovski – Sydney
• Clare Power – Blue Mountains
• Abdul Nahi – Sydney
• Jessica Priebee – Sydney
Past YPRG members have played an important part in helping set the Commission’s directions. Previous YPRG members have had a leading role in the NSW Alcohol and Obesity Summits and provided advice on legislation before Parliament.
The group meets every 6-8 weeks in Sydney.
