Streetwize in partnership with the Ted Noffs Foundation are delighted to inform you about On the Edge Training Day for workers in the field of dual diagnosis.
If you would like to attend the training day on 22nd June please fill in the registration form and the questionnaire and return by Friday 9th June 2006. There are only 20 places available. Due to the generosity of our funders there is no charge for the day and there are some travel bursaries* for workers from the not for profit sector who do not live in the Sydney area.
If you do not want to participate in the training day but would like to comment on draft resources for workers that will be produced from this activity please send in the registration form.
The project has been funded by Beyond Blue, The Myer Foundation and the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing National Comorbidity Initiative.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to be in touch.
Best wishes
*If you would like to be considered for a travel bursary please send details of cost of travel from your home to Sydney, the amount that your organisation can contribute to the travel costs and a reference letter from your organisation supporting your application and indicating the potential effect this training may have on you as an individual and the organisation. Please send no more than 2 sides of A4.
