Hello,
Has anyone had any involvement in determining the need for a youth facility in their area? Or in the consultation process on determining what a youth facility might look like in terms of the services it houses, recreational opportunities etc.
If so I am looking for a template or an example of a needs analysis conducted.
I am also interested in any reports done on the different management models for such a facility.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks heaps!
