Hello everyone,
I am working on a Needs Assessment for a Youth Facility and have been researching different models and also organisational structures. I was wondering if anyone knew of any examples of a Youth Facility or any community facility being run by a trust??? I am keen to hear about any such structures, in particular with a one stop shop model but any examples would be appreciated!
