Dear fellow Youth-Gassers,
Medley Mag is compiling an Australia Day special for its
Summer Edition.
We are seeking responses to the following question from
young people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds:
What does it mean to be
Australian?
30 words or less.
It would be great to gather a range of perspectives and
all will be published!
If you would like to ask some of the young people you work
with, or you would like to reply to this (quite tricky!) question, that would be
great!
Please include with all responses: Name, Age,
State
E.g. Being Australian isn't about the Anzac
spirit or mateship. It's about taking things as they come and accepting others
for who they are - Aussies. Linh, 16, VIC
Thanks in advance, we look forward to reading and
publishing what young people have to say about what being Australian means to
them!
Of course, all contributions, of any kind, are always
welcome for publication!
Kind regards,
Georgina Dimopoulos
