HI youthgasers,
I am also doing a literature search - this one on transition practices
that help young people through school and onto training, employment or
further education. How can partnerships between
schools/parents/communities help young people to be ready to go on to
the next stage? How do you measure promising transition practices? Who
is doing research in this area?
