We are looking for amazing young people based in Metro locations throughout
several cities - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart and also Darwin.

Trainer / Facilitator – Youth
The FRANK Team Facilitator
WANTED: enterprising young people and young entrepreneurs to run career,
business, and financial literacy workshops for young people!
Must have:
- Awesome presentation skills
- Inspiring, energetic attitude
- Entrepreneurial skills preferred
Attitude is everything as a FRANK Team Facilitator. Every person at The FRANK
Team is a socially-minded, enterprising young person that works hard, inspires
young people, and wants to make a difference! You need to be fun, genuine, and if
you’ve got experience running your own business, we especially want to hear from
you!
You’re a self-starter who operates with integrity, you’re always looking for how
things could be done better, you take pride in attention to detail, you have
boundless enthusiasm, and you leave people energised and equipped - and wanting
more.
In summary, The FRANK Team helps schools, universities, colleges, councils,
govt, youth organisations and corporates to inspire and develop young people aged
15-35 yrs. As a FRANK Team Facilitator, you’ll train young people through fun,
interactive workshops to create their own career opportunities, job satisfaction
and security by developing their entrepreneurial, business and career skills - so
they're equipped to start their own business or community projects, turn their
ideas into reality, and find a career they love!

Must haves:
·Facilitation and/or training experience
·Superior public speaking and group presentation skills
·EXTREMELY energetic and positive, can-do attitude, highly creative
·Ability to relate to young people in an energising and supportive manner
·Entrepreneurial spirit & skills
·Experience in running a business (preferred, but not essential)
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Excellent personal presentation
·Youth leadership / motivation knowledge and skills
·High level of time management and organisational skills
·Strong ability to use initiative and solve problems quickly
·Appreciation of the flexible and spontaneous nature of events
·Appreciation of the unique needs of young people and their diverse backgrounds
·Ability to work in a variety of diverse locations around Australia
·Flexible diary and availability to travel
·Awareness of brand-building or public relations
·A registered business name and ABN, or a willingness to obtain these
Your role:
· Facilitation of The FRANK Team workshops around Australia (metro, regional
and rural locations)
·Management of program materials and equipment
·Supervision and instruction of workshop participants
·Production of a workshop report upon workshop completion
·Communication with and regular reporting to management
·On-site client and media liaison, as required
·Liaison with and instruction of workshop mentors and guest speakers, as
required
·Participation in The FRANK Team facilitator training, as required
Reporting to:
Melissa Whelan – Project Manager, The FRANK Team
Terms:
This is a CONTRACT position. (It is not a full time or part time position based
in our head office in Sydney.) This is a paid contract position with fees in line
with the youth / education industries. You will be invited to run anything from
4-5 workshops per year, up to around 20 workshops per year – pending your
availability and the booking locations we receive. We are especially interested
in the following areas:
Sydney, Hobart, Melbourne, Darwin and Brisbane
