Hi All, I work for a generalist Youth service that runs a drop in program among
other things. We have recently been discussing ideas around what/who
constitutes
a client of the Service (eg is it based on relationship with Service, amount of
contact, support accessed etc). Was wondering if anybody here had clear
organisational guidelines on client definitions/when it becomes more formal etc
and
any other ideas or thoughts. I think some funding bodies are starting to set
formal definitions around clients as well.
