Hi everyone,
I'm volunteering for a new not-for-profit organisation
who are in the process of initiating a type of ebay
for fair trade products. The intention behind Just
Trade is to provide an opportunity for
producers of fair trade goods in developing countries
to access the global market so they can help
themselves out of poverty and create brighter futures
for themselves and their communities. This will be
done through creating a website through which goods
could be sold directly to the developed world at a
fair price.
They're in serious need of a website developer. The
main tasks will be to create 3 templates (homepage,
our content pages, navigation bar at the top of the
page when the buyers go to each producers’ site). They
already have a designer and they also have the
catalogue software that will form the basis of the
website.
I remember seeing an email going around asking for pro
bono work. Does anyone know of any companies who may
be able to provide such a service???
