youth media and arts organisation Vibewire currently has two paid,
part-time vacancies to fill in its

operations and delivery of services at sQuareOne in a space administrator

Vibewire is offering 2 exciting
opportunities within the Vibewire suite of projects:
Vibewire Administration Manager
The position is at
sQuareOne, Vibewire's media and arts project incubator operating in
Ultimo, Sydney.
The primary role of the Administration Manager is to streamline and manage
administration across the organisation. This includes providing
administrative support to the suite of projects across Vibewire.
Key
duties include payroll, expense reimbursement, invoices and bills, tax
returns and superannuation. You will also be responsible for
spearheading development of policies and procedures to streamline
Vibewire's administration.
sQuareOne Administrator
The
primary role of the sQuareOne Administrator is to oversee and manage
day-to-day activities in Vibewire's arts and media hub sQuareOne space
in Ultimo, Sydney. The Space Administrator is instrumental to the
smooth operations and delivery of services at sQuareOne.
Key
duties include co-ordinating the day-to-day operation of the sQuareOne
space, supporting resident projects and casual space users, help
developing training programs, monitoring the use and status of
sQuareOne technology and equipment and supporting the Promotions
Coordinator in promoting sQuareOne and events.
