Cultural awareness and
sensitivity to the needs of new and established immigrants are concerns that
have been increasingly highlighted across the community, health and welfare
sectors in recent years. The DrugInfo Clearinghouse will be hosting a free
interactive seminar and forum on issues and barriers to prevention work with
culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) communities in Melbourne on Tuesday
30 October 2007.
