COMMUNITY ACTIVITY GRANTS of up to $500
for 2008 NATIONAL HEPATITIS AWARENESS WEEK
NOW AVAILABLE!
The Hepatitis Council of Queensland wants to support community organisations to coordinate an activity during National Hepatitis Awareness Week 19 - 25 May 2008. A limited number of small grants of up to $500 are now available to Queensland community organisations willing to raise awareness of hepatitis prevention, treatment or discrimination in the community, to promote collaboration and partnerships between organisations, to support people living with hepatitis, promote healthy lifestyles, and increase the profile of services in your community and the services of the council. The grants aim to provide community organisations with opportunities to hold events / forums in which holistic approaches to health promotion and acces to services are increased for people in your community. Applications close on Friday 11 April 2008.
